Executive Summary

Following the recent Product Licensing, Economics, and Programs (PEP) sessions, we shared with you the deck that outlines and details the pricing and licensing updates to be implemented in April 2024, along with the key principles behind the changes, and some insight into our program investment strategies over the upcoming months.

Xbox Game Pass Incentive Program	- Update to the Program Incentive, it will now be based on claims instead of conversions with the start of PY24 - Update to the Program Year Period. The Program Year 2024 will run from Apr 1, 2024- Mar 31, 2025 - New Eligibility Threshold added, required to meet the minimum claims threshold of 500 claims for 3+ quarters in the current program year to be eligible to renew automatically for the following years program. - New Minimum Threshold requirement OEMS will not earn any bounty during the quarters their claims fall below the 500 minimum threshold
