- Eligibility period changed to January 1 through December 31 due to the new program year starting in April. For PY23, we will also allow eligibility to be attained from June 1, 2021 through May 31, 2022.
- Company must have a Partner ID and accept their Jumpstart Program in the MS Partner Tool by March 31, 2023 for the April 1, 2023 Program Year start.
- Definition of the Products that count towards eligibility is updated to provide clarity that after April 1, 2023, the Windows 11 Home Entry and Windows 11 SE SKUs will not count towards the Eligibility Revenue calculation.

(Planning and Execution of Marketing Funds – POE and POS Requirements)

- Reporting and Audit updated for audit to occur 45 days after the POE/POS was submitted instead of by the end of the month following the month in which POE/POS was submitted.
