Introduction

This page contains the Windows OEM Policy Document (OPD) for Windows Releases. The OPD lists requirements for all OEMs with a Global Partner Agreement (GPA) and Customer License Agreement (CLA) with Microsoft, who customize and distribute Windows. This OPD remains in place until another version is published with the next Windows Release.

Starting with the Windows 10 19H1 version of the OPD, you will also see the IoT Enterprise requirements. These can be found toward the beginning of the document in the section "Windows 10 IoT Enterprise Specific Policy Locations".
