This communication provides information about the training available for MDA, Jumpstart Device Configuration for Tier 1, and Device Configuration for Tier 2 requirements.

MDA Training for PY2022
This training is available for partners that have been invited to participate in the MDA program based on meeting eligibility requirements. The training is self-study and training sessions will also be offered in September, see dates, times, and registration for training events below.
Device Configuration Tier 1 Training for PY2022
This training is available for partners that have been invited to participate in the Jumpstart Tier 1 program based on meeting eligibility requirements.

Device Configuration Tier 2 Training for PY2022
This training is available for partners that meet eligibility requirements for Jumpstart Tier 2 program or partners that opt out of programs, but are meeting the Device Configuration Document Tier 2 requirements for obligations on certain SKUs. This training is self-study.
