This Price List and Product Terms Document applies to all Office for APAC Program Exhibits regardless of the year. For example, if you have a FY22 Office for APAC Program Exhibit that ends and sign a new FY23 Office for APAC Program Exhibit, the same Price List and Product Terms Document will apply to both programs.

Effective October 26, 2022	Clean ǀ Redline This Price List and Product Terms Document for the Office for APAC Program is effective October 26, 2022 and is applicable for all Office for APAC programs regardless of the program year. If you have a customized Office for APAC Price List and Product Terms, that document will remain in effect until such time as the customizations are integrated into your Program Exhibit. This Price List and Product Terms Document replaces the FY23 Office for APAC Price List and PTD (microsoft.com) and FY22 Office for APAC Price List and PTD (microsoft.com) The Price List and Product Terms have been updated as follows Remove products that have expired, Add Pakistan to list of APAC countries, and Add AT 9080 to clarify treatment of the Microsoft® Office Homes and Student 2021 (AFOLB) Products with end of license on October 31, 2022. Fulfillment: October 31, 2022 is the last day to fulfill keys – no key fulfillment for AFO LB PN’s on or after November 1. Binding: January 29, 2023 is the last day to submit a PBR - PBRs may not be submitted on or after January 30. Returns: November 30, 2022 is the last day to submit a return - returns may not be submitted on or after December 1. Distribution: Eligible Devices must be Distributed prior to the end of the Program Period.
