Update #1:
To be eligible for Jumpstart Tier 1 Program Year 2023 (starting April 1, 2023), partners must have at least 5 million ($5,000,000) of annual Windows revenue based on Distribution of Customer Systems installed with genuine eligible product between January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022.
“genuine eligible product” are Windows Products with a net Product Fee greater than $0.00, excluding Windows 10 Pro (National Academic) (Strategic)
Note: Effective April 1, 2023, Windows 11 Home Entry and Windows 11 SE SKUs are ineligible as these have a $10 Product Fee with a discount of $10 (net $0) thus ineligible for the program based on the "genuine eligible product" definition.
To transition to this new cadence, for Program Year 2023 (start date April 1, 2023) partners are considered eligible if they meet one or both of the following criteria:
- Partner met the previously used eligibility lookback window: (June 1, 2021 – May 31, 2022)
AND / OR
- Partner met the new eligibility lookback window: (January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022)
Update #2:
- Has met the below performance requirement. This requirement does not apply if Company does not have performance history for the last two semesters.
- Met or remediated the Quality and Enablement milestones listed in the MDA Program Letter for the last two semesters.
To transition to this requirement in program year 2023, this requirement goes into effect October 1, 2023 and the lookback will be one semester. For avoidance of doubt, the following requirement must be met in order to continue participating in program year 2023 from October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024.
Met or remediated the Quality and Enablement milestones listed in the MDA Program Letter for the last semester i.e., April 1, 2023 through September 30, 2023. |
