This page will be updated each time the Price List and Product Terms Document is updated with links to the clean and redline versions and a summary of the changes.

This Price List and Product Terms Document applies to all China Premium Partner Program Investment Exhibits regardless of the year. For example, if you have an active FY22 China Premium Partner Program Investment Exhibit that ends and sign a new FY23 China Premium Partner Program Investment Exhibit, the same Price List and Product Terms Document will apply to both programs.

China PPP for Next Gen

Effective May 22, 2024, the Next Gen Price List and Product Terms Document for the China Premium Partner Program is updated as follows:

  • AT 9104 has been replaced with AT 9081 and pricing of $30.00 has been included for Tier 2 partners.
  • Reference to AT 1940 has been removed as it has been removed from the Windows Price List and Product Terms (Windows 11 Next Gen AI PC Products ONLY).
Clean

Effective April 1, 2024, the Next Gen Products are available under the China Premium Partner Program. These products will be added to your program upon issuance of a business letter or signing of exhibit with the specific reference to the NextGen Price List and Product Terms.

Effective May 1, 2023, Microsoft will restructure the Premium Partner Programs (PPP). There will be a flat $30 Product Fee for each SKU with pricing adjustments based on participation level.

  • Tier 1 partners will remain on the current Fixed-Fee structure.
  • Tier 2 will be available for new or renewing partners. It will have a per unit Product Fee with a tiered discount structure that provides a deeper discount as more products are sold, during the program period.

The Fixed-Fee Product Terms Document is revised as follows:

  • Document title changed from Fixed-Fee Product Terms Document to Price List and Product Term Document
  • Product Fee (OA3.0) of $30 for each Product
  • AT 9015 No Incentive Apply; Incentive Term Compliance Subsection 2 Device Configuration added for clarity. If partner does not participate in the Jumpstart Program, the Device Configuration requirements apply to these Products starting June 15, 2023.
  • AT 9015 No Incentive Apply; Incentive Term Compliance Subsection 3 Fixed-Fee Royalty Subject to Adjustment is moved into the new AT 9081.
  • AT 9019 No Return for Credit is moved into the new AT 9081.
  • New AT 9081 Product Fee and Incentive; Fixed-Fee
    Subsection 1 applies to current programs and new Tier 1 partners who have a fixed-fee payment structure, who will see a credit to invoice to offset the $30 Product Fee and then receive the standard invoice for agreed upon fixed-fee.
    Subsection 2 applies to new Tier 2 partners who will receive a tiered discount. These partners will see a credit to invoice for the quantity of product based on the applicable tier.
