Final Effective May 15, 2022 Price List and Product Terms Original Publication Date: May 15, 2022	Clean \| Redline The May 15, 2022 effective Windows 11 SE Price List and Product Terms Document is presented to offer the following new terms and information: AT 8001 (Audio Visual (AV) and Telecommunication Technologies for Windows Products) has been revised to reflect the following: Microsoft is no longer a licensee in the MPEG-4 Visal patent pool; and With Windows 11 22H2 and Windows 11 SE 22H2, Microsoft is delivering the HVEC codec as part of the product. The HEVC codec remains optional. AT 1904 (Sales Embargo), is updated as applicable to the Windows 11 22H2 and Windows 11 SE 22H2 release. The revisions include an August 9, 2022, sales embargo date.

The May 15, 2022 effective Windows 11 SE Price List and Product Terms Document is presented to offer the following new terms and information:

AT 8001 (Audio Visual (AV) and Telecommunication Technologies for Windows Products) has been revised to reflect the following:
- Microsoft is no longer a licensee in the MPEG-4 Visal patent pool; and
- With Windows 11 22H2 and Windows 11 SE 22H2, Microsoft is delivering the HVEC codec as part of the product. The HEVC codec remains optional.
AT 1904 (Sales Embargo), is updated as applicable to the Windows 11 22H2 and Windows 11 SE 22H2 release. The revisions include an August 9, 2022, sales embargo date.
