The Program Execution Guide PEG: IoT is being updated for general cleanup (e.g., duplicative terms, incorrect reference numbers, etc.) and to expand certain rights. Key changes are described below.

  • Schedule 1.7 Product Installation Location was added to expand the rights on where a Customer System may be configured
  • Scheduled 3.1(f) OEM Hosted Downloadable Recovery Solution was removed and combined with Scheduled 3.1(m) End User Downloads to streamline hosted recovery solutions rights and requirements.
  • Schedule 10.3 Software Versions was updated to expand and clarify the rights for distributing Downgrade products.
  • Schedule 10.6 Other Duties was updated to clarify limitations on Downgrade products.
