Microsoft Office 2021 and M365 AFO LB products will be going end of license (EOL) as of October 31, 2022, as noted in the Office Price List and Product Terms document.

To provide clarity on how the EOL date impacts the fulfillment, binding, returns, and distribution of Office 2021 AFO LB and Microsoft 365 AFO LB products, we are providing the below summary of terms:
October 31, 2022 Fulfillment Last day to fulfill keys is October 31 – no key fulfillment for AFO LB PN’s on or after November 1
January 29, 2023 Binding* PBR must be submitted within 90 days of EOL date - no PBR’s for AFO LB PN’s on or after January 30, 2023
January 29, 2023 Returns*

Return for credit must be submitted within 90 days of EOL subject to OEM PEG Schedule 2.3 terms for Expired License Rights.

No AFO LB PN’s on or after January 30.
No end date Distribution*

No limit to Distribution of AFO LB Products on a compliant device and within the terms of the Agreement.

Windows 10 devices may no longer be Distributed after October 31, 2022 due to the end of license terms for Windows 10 products.
