Welcome to Retail Partner Center


Here’s what you need to know about Retail Partner Center

Retail Partner Center (RPC) provides Microsoft’s retail partners with a user-friendly site where they can quickly find the latest communications and resources.

To ensure each partner has a smooth onboarding experience, retail partners will be onboarded in waves and at this time, RPC is only available to Retail Distributor partners who’ve signed in and completed registration. We’re working on adding more resources to the site to support additional types of retail partners soon.

Sign-in and register for full access to the site

Signing-in and completing registration takes under five minutes to complete. All you need to do is complete two easy steps

  1. First, click Sign-in then enter your Microsoft email account or your work email account.
  2. Next, click Register and complete your profile by answering a few questions and providing details about your role and your company.

The Support Team and your Company Administrator will validate your information is correct and send you an email when we you have been approved for full access to the site.

Getting started on Retail Partner Center

The Retail Partner Center Quick Start Guide will help you quickly become more familiar with the site as well as the capabilities and resources available to you. When new or updated resources are published on the site, you can opt-in to receiving an email alert that will contain links to the new/updated pages. Visit Preferences in your Account Menu to set-up your email alerts. Click “Learn more” to view and download the Quick Start Guide.
