Details

We recently sent you this message informing you that in our continuous efforts to improve your incentives platform experience, we are moving you from the Channel Incentives Platform (CHIP) to Partner Center.

We are now pleased to inform you that the new claiming capability is available for the FY20 H1 claims period. This capability is available through Partner Center and will be the only way for you to make FY20 H1 claims and receive payment for those claims. You can find details of the claiming capabilities in the step-by-step claims guide.

An active Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) ID and associated payment profile (bank and tax) is required to engage with the new modern claiming capability. Failure to complete the required steps to ensure your organization has an active MPN ID and a payment profile will result in reduced functionality within the modernized incentive platform experience.

Actions required

As stated in earlier communications, there are several actions you needed to take to ensure you can be paid. Please complete the following actions if you have not already:

  1. Please provide your MPN ID to Pdehelp@Microsoft.com.
  2. Enroll in the incentive program for FY20 through Partner Center.
