FY19 ARC Preview Edition documents for GPAv2 are now available for review on the Licensing & Programs Resource Center

• The FY19 ARC covers the Global Partner Terms, Device Partner Terms, Program Appendixes, and Program Execution Guides. Product Terms, Price Lists, and Program Letters are not included under the FY19 ARC, as those documents are now delivered under separate timelines closely associated to product launches.
• The following Preview Edition documents are published today:
• Overview and Key Changes Summary: PowerPoint presentation highlighting major changes from GPAv1. This slide presentation can be found here and is also available from the Licensing & Programs Resource Center under “Global Partner Terms – FY19 Preview Edition” and “Device Partner Terms – FY19 Preview Edition.”

• Microsoft encourages all partners to participate in the opportunity to provide feedback on the Preview Editions during the feedback period identified in the FY19 ARC Timeline. • FY19 ARC Timeline
• Two versions of each of the GPAv2 licensing modules will be provided to partners during the FY19 ARC, the Preview Edition published with this communication, and a Final Edition. Final Editions will be available for execution by partners in May 2018, and will be effective August 1, 2018. Key dates are:
• February 9, 2018: Preview Editions published on the Licensing & Programs Resource Center
• February 9, 2018 – March 16, 2018: Preview Editions out for partner review; feedback due to Microsoft March 16, 2018.
• May 11, 2018: Final Editions published on the Licensing & Programs Resource Center
• August 1, 2018: GPAv2 effective date
