External Product Specification for Genuine Microsoft Label (GML) is available at the link below. Samples will be available by mid-March.

Change to GML Launch Strategy: The SPV will continue to ship the old GML until all stock has been exhausted. Stocks of the old GML are currently estimated to be exhausted around Monday April 19, 2021. The SPV will be able to advise closer to the time when orders will start to be fulfilled with the new GML.
The Windows 10 GML will shortly be retired.
The Windows 10 GML was designed for use on Windows 10 devices.
The Windows 10 GML will now be retired on April 3, 2022.
From April 3, 2022 the Windows 11 GML should be used on both Windows 11 and Windows 10 devices.
OEMs may continue to use on Windows 10 devices any stock of Windows 10 GML that they have on hand after April 3, 2022 and until October 31, 2022.
OEMs are encouraged to complete the transition to using only the Windows 11 GML on both Windows 11 and Windows 10 devices as soon as possible after April 3, 2022.
The following table summarizes GML usage requirements from April 3, 2022:

Please plan to exhaust stocks of the Windows 10 GML as soon as possible after April 3, 2022 and transition to using only the Windows 11 GML on both Windows 11 and Windows 10 devices.
