Final Edition documents for the Global Partner Agreement (GPA) for Distribution Partners are now available on the Licensing & Programs Resource Center
The GPA covers the Global Partner Terms (Core Terms), Channel Partner Program Terms (Channel Terms), Program Appendixes (PAX), and Program Execution Guides (PEG). The GPA for Distribution Partners is comprised of Core Terms, Channel Terms, applicable Program Appendix, applicable Program Execution Guide, and other designated program documents.
Global Partner Core Terms ("Core Terms")
The Core Terms represent the foundational contract terms between our partners and Microsoft.

Program Appendixes to Channel Partner Terms
The Program Appendixes to Channel Partner Terms provide and additional layer of specificity regarding the licensing and distribution of Microsoft products. As a partner, you should focus on the Program Appendix that applies to the distribution channel of which you are a participant, i.e., OEM Distributor or IOT Distributor. “Mapping documents” are provided for convenience to convey changes from existing distributor agreements to the new structure.
