Redesigned the MDA Resource Center for a more friendly user experience. Resources are now conveniently separated by program year.

Introduction

This resource center contains information for partners who have been invited to participate in the MDA Windows incentive program. The resource center is organized by Program Year. Please select the appropriate tab to see information about the program year you are interested in. For example, MDA 2024 is for program year 2024, which is April 1, 2024 - March 31, 2025.

Additional Resources

  • Microsoft Partner Center – This is your access point to a variety of tools and information you will need to be part of Microsoft’s Programs. To onboard the tool follow these steps:
    • First, you need to create a Microsoft Partner Center account. Follow the instructions in Create a Partner Center Account. Important! Your ability to meet the program requirements will be impacted without Microsoft Partner Center Access. Onboard prior to the start of the program year to avoid non-compliance.
    • When you have created your Microsoft Partner Center account, request access to the Hardware tab by contacting your account manager for details. The Hardware tab is where you will review and submit drivers.
  • Collaborate – Allows you to download builds, specs, documents, and other information, as well as submit bugs during testing. To onboard and get access to the Microsoft Partner Center Collaborate tab, follow the Microsoft Collaborate Onboarding Instructions.
  • OPD Resource Center - This page contains the Windows OEM Policy Document (OPD) for Windows Releases. The OPD lists requirements for all OEMs with a Global Partner Agreement (GPA) and Customer License Agreement (CLA) with Microsoft, who customize and distribute Windows.
  • Jumpstart Marketing Resource Center – This resource center contains information for partners who participate in Jumpstart Program Tier 1 or Tier 2.
  • Device Configuration Resource Center – This resource center contains the Device Configuration information for partners who participate in Jumpstart Program Tier 1 or Tier 2 or who receive incentive on certain SKUs for meeting the requirements of the Device Configuration Document.
