Opportunity Statement

Partners need to understand the requirements to participate in programs that require compliance with the Device Configuration Document. Partners need to understand from the business side to manage the incentives and overall programs as well as the technical requirements to ensure that devices meet the requirements of the program.

Solution

The solution includes the following components:

1. Technical Programs Onboarding Training: This training will contain the onboarding components – including what the program is and the program requirements.
2. Technical Programs Training Continuing Education: We recognize the need for continuous education throughout the program year, the need to keep the main onboarding curriculum updated, and the benefit of having opportunities for deeper dives on particular subjects. This will be accomplished in several ways noted below.
   1. Technical Requirements Troubleshooting / Deep Dives: We will analyze in July and August topics that would be beneficial to review as refresher or deeper dives in Sept/Oct 2019.
   2. Technical Programs Training Curriculum Update: Onboarding training will be kept updated/refreshed throughout the program year with any changes.
   3. Technical Programs Training Updates: We will review any changes to testing or process (i.e. updates to tools, etc.) prior to 20H1 and create appropriate training plan based on the need.
