Shape the Future – Windows 11 Pro Education for K-12 education institutions
Microsoft is committed to empowering students and educators to achieve more, and that mission is supported with best-in-class Windows 11 Pro Education and offering the best classroom applications. The Shape the Future program gives K-12 education institutions the lowest pricing on Windows 11 Pro Education when purchased with new Windows 11 devices. Shape the Future discounted academic pricing is available in any purchase scenario and K-12 education institutions can work with the device partner that best meets their unique needs; from large district upgrades, to new devices for educators, administrators and students.
Depending on the Shape the Future program SKU selected, a Letter of Eligibility may be required to confirm the required definition of a K-12 education institution is met. The device partner, or Microsoft sales representative will help determine if Letter of Eligibility is needed. If a Letter of Eligibility is required, in many countries, an online form may be used at aka.ms/shapethefuture. If the online form is not available, email loedesk@microsoft.com and a Microsoft representative will follow up for assistance.
